🌿 Welcome to Relais de Lyons, a charming house completely renovated, located in the heart of Lyons-la-Forêt, a village ranked among the most beautiful in France. Here, we take the time: stroll through the village, walk in the forest, then meet in a bright and warm living room. The house has three bedrooms, two with shower rooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. An ideal place for a nature break, less than 2 hours from Paris and 35 minutes from Rouen. The space The house is semi-detached and has three floors, offering everyone their own space while maintaining a nice conviviality. 🔹 Ground floor • One bedroom with double bed, with its own shower and sink • Separate restroom 🔹 First Floor • A bright and comfortable living room, ideal for relaxing after a day of walking • One bedroom with two single beds 🔹 Top floor • A master bedroom with a double bed • Ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet ℹ️ The house does not have a separate bathroom. Guest access The accommodation is fully privatized for you: house and garden are at your disposal for the duration of the stay. Other things to note 🔌 Electricity & Heating In order to guarantee a fair rate for all, electricity consumption is included up to 10 kWh per day, which corresponds to normal use of the accommodation. In the event of exceptional overrun, the additional consumption may be invoiced at the end of the stay. 🪵 Wood for the stove is available, for reasonable use, to enjoy a warm atmosphere during your stay.
