Perfect for exploring the lively area, just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and attractions, you are sure to enjoy your stay here. The space Immerse yourself in the beauty of Southsea from this stunning two- storey house, perfectly situated to enjoy the coastal charm and vibrant atmosphere and make it a perfect destination for a getaway. With Southsea's picturesque seafront promenade nearby, enjoy stunning views of the Solent, leisurely strolls or bike rides. The town boasts a rich history reflected in its Victorian architecture and attractions such as The Historic Dock Yards, Southsea Castle and the D-Day Museum provide fascinating insights into the area's past. Ground Floor As you enter the property, you are greeted by a hallway that leads to various parts of the house; to your left is the dining room. This lovely bright space, with its bay window, comfortably seats six and is the perfect space for sharing a meal with family or friends. From the dining room, you move into the sitting room, where you'll find a comfortable L-shaped sofa, an armchair, and a smart TV (please note that you will need to use your own log in details to access the apps). This charming sitting room is a great space to enjoy either a cosy night in or catch up with family and friends. Continuing through the property, a bright corridor with skylights leads you to the kitchen. It is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas cooker, oven, kettle, microwave and toaster, ready to meet all your cooking needs. At the end of the corridor, on the right, is the large family bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath and a washing machine. Stepping outside through the door at the end of the downstairs corridor, you'll find the well landscaped garden area with a bistro-style table that seats four, perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal. There is also a separate decking area with two armchairs, making it a nice spot for a morning coffee, or sundowner. Heading back through the sitting room and up the stairs, you'll find the first of three bedrooms. First Floor To your left is a double bedroom with a desk, providing a comfortable and quiet space for rest or work. Further along the corridor is a twin room with two single beds. This room is suitable for children, guests, or anyone who prefers their own space. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, a large wardrobe, and windows that offer views of the street below. This room is spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, and bedding and hotel quality linen are provided. There is street parking available for guests, and there is one permit daily available if you bring a car. You will have exclusive access to the entire house, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit. Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and provide bottles of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, and washing pods. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a Co-op is a 1-minute walk away, and the bus is even closer. Guest access Guests have access to entire home and garden. Street parking is available (we will provide one permit per stay). The nearest bus stop is less than a minute away, and the nearest train station is Fratton Railway Station which is about half a mile away. Other things to note Check In / Check Out Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to my cleaner's schedule. Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
