The space IMPORTANT – Read before booking This place is mainly designed for carp fishermen, but remains open to anyone who enjoys simple, functional accommodation close to nature. ⚠️ If you are looking for a luxurious, brand new place to stay, or if you are very demanding about the smallest details (cleaning, finishes, traces of wear), this place to stay will not meet your expectations. The accommodation is maintained, but rustic, designed for nature use, not for hotel standards. Here, we come for the calm, nature, disconnection... and possibly fishing 🎣 👉 Any reservation constitutes full acceptance of this description. Security cameras on site For the safety of all our guests and the protection of the facilities (in particular against carp theft), surveillance cameras are installed inside the site, covering the fishing stations, the gate, the fence and the common areas. They never film the inside of the homes. It is strictly forbidden to block or cover the view of the cameras, to ensure the safety and smooth running of your stay. Come and stay in one of our 27 m² prefabricated units, fully equipped for your comfort, air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter thanks to the reversible air conditioning. Each accommodation is designed to offer a cozy and cocooning atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day in the great outdoors. Wake up slowly with a soothing view of the lake, surrounded by trees that offer fresh air and a real feeling of connection with nature. Enjoy these unique moments to breathe, rejuvenate and escape from everyday life. Sheets are provided, and the toilet is separate from the bathroom for added comfort. Please note, the TV only works with DVDs Guest access Traveler access and experiences on the estate After a day of carp fishing, sporty or quiet☺️, treat yourself to 3 hours of relaxation in your private SPA, on the edge of the lake, with a phenomenal view. In the evening, be amazed by the Milky Way that is reflected above the lake and enjoy this long-awaited moment of rest. You will have access to our 7-hectare estate and a huge 30,000 m² lake. Included in the price, you can practice no-kill fishing for carp, roach and other fish in the lake. Kids love to fish for roach with a small rod. You can also enjoy the pedal boat with life jacket while respecting the fishing areas of other visitors. Private bookings possible (by reservation): • Total privatization of the site: €200 per night (excluding Airbnb fees). Access to the 2 mobile homes, the spa with no time limit and the entire lake by pedal boat or boat. No other fishermen or campers on site. • Full private use of the hot tub: €150 per night (excluding Airbnb fees). Access to both mobile homes and the hot tub with no time limit. For this option, just book the second mobile home in addition to the first. Picnic tables are available on site to enjoy the lake, watch the fish jump and listen to nature, in comfort and tranquility. Other things to note The estate Private property: the lake belongs entirely to you during your stay! You will discover a preserved natural setting with trees fallen into the water and a rich ornithological life, including kingfishers resting on the branches.
