We're excited to welcome you! The space Our house is located in the heart of one of Saskatoon's most desirable neighbourhoods. Surrounded by hundred-year-old trees and close to everything you need, enjoy your new home away from home in historic Buena Vista. 🏡 Located on the lower level of our family home, a custom-built infill we designed ourselves. 🔑 Separate entrance with a unique passcode for your security and convenience. ✅ Fully permitted secondary suite (all mechanical and air systems are entirely separate from the main house). 🍽️ Complete kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and all your cooking basics. ☕ Complimentary coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks. 📺 48” 4K TV with Google TV. (Enjoy complimentary access to our Netflix and Prime Video guest accounts. Bring your own login for everything else.) 🛋️ Cozy furniture for lounging, visiting, or playing a board game. 💻 Dedicated workspace removed from the main living areas so you can focus and make use of the seamless, superfast wi-fi. 🧺 Your own full-size washer and dryer in-suite. Detergent and dryer sheets provided. 🛀 Deep soaker tub and high-pressure showerhead in the full bathroom with complimentary toiletries and other essentials. 🛌 Luxurious Endy queen-size bed for a restful night. 👗Full-size closet in the bedroom with built-in shelving. 🛏️ Pull-out sofabed with foam topper for a surprisingly comfortable second bed. 👶 Pack-N-Play crib and high-chair are available for little ones – just let us know! 🐕 Please note that we live upstairs and we have a young child and a dog, so you may hear some family noise! But we will respect the quiet hours in our house rules, which are 11pm to 7am. 🚗 Free street parking right in front of the house. Guest access You will have the entire lower level of our home to yourself, except for the mechanical room. The side door of the house is equipped with a smart lock, and the suite entry door at the bottom of the stairs is locked with a key which you can keep for the duration of your stay. The stairwell is considered shared space so that we can access our mechanical room. Other things to note We live in the home upstairs. Because we have an active family, you may hear the occasional bump or squeal, but we will do our best to respect your peace. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am to maintain a quiet atmosphere and respect our neighbours. We kindly ask that noise levels are respected during your stay as well.
