The space Welcome to "À l'Ombre du Chêne", a cozy, bright and fully air-conditioned 66.5 m² cottage, ideal for accommodating up to 6 people. Adjoining our second cottage, it has its own independent access, parking, and private garden shaded by a magnificent oak tree. On the ground floor (30 m²): • Friendly living room with lounge area (sliding sofa bed 90x200 cm or 180x200 cm) and dining area. • Fully-equipped kitchen to prepare your meals as if you were at home. • Separate toilet. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (Harry Potter theme): Modular bed (90x200 cm or 180x200 cm) + bunk bed (upper bed reserved for children > 6 years old or modular bed on the floor upon request). Bedroom 2 (Bohemian style): Comfortable 160 x 200 cm bed with a lovely view of the pool. Bathroom: Shower, bathtub and toilet. Outside: Enjoy your private landscaped garden and your private 6-seater hot tub to the fullest, perfect for relaxing in complete serenity. Guest access You enjoy complete privacy in your cottage and your private garden. You also have free access to the common areas of the estate: • The large outdoor swimming pool (14 m x 7 m). • The BBQ and plancha area for your outdoor dining. • The petanque court and the badminton net. • The relaxation area under the large pine tree and the children's games. Spaces designed for sharing good times, while preserving the calm and privacy of each person. Other things to note 💦 Private spa Each gite has its own private hot tub on its terrace, accessible year-round with unlimited access. 🏊 Outdoor pool 14 m x 7 m swimming pool (depth from 1.20 m to 2.50 m) shared only between our two gites. Accessible from April to October, from 10 am to 8 pm (swimming is the responsibility of adults). ❄️ Comfort & Amenities • Full air conditioning, free WiFi and DTT TV. • Equipped kitchen (espresso machine & filter coffee maker), cleaning and ironing equipment. • Free baby equipment upon request (baby bed, highchair, bathtub). 🐶 Pets Pets are welcome (1 pet per cottage)!
