Sea and Sky Condominium offers stunning views of sunsets and the tropical surrounding area, it is just 800 meters from one of the best beaches in Phuket - Karon beach. Our fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor of the Condo and has a balcony with ocean and city views. The space The apartment is air-conditioned and has a double bed, large wardrobe and dressing table in the bedroom, sofa and a TV in the living room, full kitchen, and bathroom with a shower. Private balcony with glass sliding doors and seating set provides great views and sea breeze for you to enjoy day or night. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fridge, cutlery & kitchenware, cooking hob, toaster, microwave and kettle for self-catering. Guest access Condo includes a wide range of amenities for its guests: a fitness center, free internet services, two outdoor pools (one is on the ground floor and another is on the top floor), sunbathing areas, nearby laundry service, beautiful open sun deck and free parking on premises. Other things to note Electric usage 30 kw/day is included in the rate, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave. Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
