The iconic Rotunda of St. John the Baptist is a 5-minute walk away, Victoria (Rabat), the island's capital, with its historic Citadel a 7-minute drive and the Azure Window ruins in Dwejra Bay are approximately a 20-minute drive. Guests can also visit the famed Ġgantija Temples in Triq, some of the oldest free-standing structures in the world which date back over 5,000 years (a 5-minute drive / 30-minute walk). There are also various scenic walks nearby revealing incredible views of the Gozitan countryside, including the Ta’ Ċenċ Footpath which is a 9-minute drive away or a 30-minute walk. Beach lovers can head to Gorgun Beach (a 7-minute drive) or Mġarr ix-Xini Beach (a 9-minute drive). Part of the Maltese archipelago in the Mediterranean, the serene island of Gozo is known for its rugged coastline, rich history, and tranquil countryside.
