Ground floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 king-size, 1 one double, each with TV, desk, wardrobe, and direct access to the outside. One bedroom has a desk chair for remote working. All of the downstairs is WHEEL CHAIR FRIENDLY ! Living Area: The open-plan living area includes a semi-open plan sitting room with brand new leather sofas, a large SMART TV, slate flooring, and glass doors leading to the terrace and garden. Kitchen: Enter through the open-plan hallway into the bright and airy kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen features modern appliances including an induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and microwave. An island unit and floor-to-ceiling windows make it a delightful space for cooking and dining. Bathrooms: The main bathroom boasts a modern freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, and a built-in cupboard housing the washer/dryer. There is also a separate WC off the main entrance hall. First floor: One bedroom with king size bed and space for a travel cot.
