Other things to note There is a bathroom with a shower and a spacious private tiled kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and all necessary cleaning supplies, including a vacuum cleaner. Amenities include air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and ironing facilities. The property provides homemade jams, fruits, herbs, and vegetables grown on site, as well as a baby bed for families. Enjoy your private balcony overlooking the pool and park, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The shared garden features covered and open terraces with a stone barbecue for outdoor dining. The heated outdoor pool (4.5 m x 10.5 m, 1.5 m deep) is open from May to late September and is available in 1-hour slots from 9 am to 7 pm (or 8 pm in summer). You also have access to table tennis, a mini billiards table, a tennis court, and a shared playground. Parking is available on site. Up to two pets are allowed. A shuttle to the train station is available. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee.
