Whether you’re attending SXSW, exploring Austin’s iconic attractions, or simply unwinding in nature, this property has everything you need. * Bedrooms & Bathrooms: There are a total of 6 queen beds with black out blinds and dark walls to ensure a restful stay for up to 12 guests. Luxurious bathrooms feature modern fixtures, spacious showers, and enclosed toilet areas for sharing. The indoor dining area comfortably seats 12, while the adjacent outdoor areas accommodate 10 more for alfresco dining. The brand-new kitchen comes fully equipped with high-end appliances and a walk-in pantry with essentials. * Outdoor Spaces: Explore the grounds featuring a teatherball pole, outdoor pull-up bars for adult gym-lovers, playground for kids, and a Cowboy cold pool/hot tub perfect for stargazing. Enjoy the Blackstone grill, outdoor couch, ceiling fans, heat lamp, and string lights facing the newly landscaped backyard under an enclosed porch. * Workspace Options: We have one desk, an extra monitor, and an additional desk option in the foyer on request. There are no cameras inside the home. House Rules: 1. No parties or large gatherings. Only guests listed on booking are allowed unless homeowners approve others beforehand. 2. No smoking or drugs on the property. 3. Please clean up, including in outdoor areas. 4. Load the dishwasher and start it before departure. 5. Leave used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. 6. We do not allow access to the larger property unless arrangements have been made and you have explicit approval from your hosts;) Other things to note Safety Details: Pool: Eleventh Hour Saloon & Bunkhouse Guests have access to a private Cowboy pool that is 8 feet in diameter and 2-3 feet in depth. This serves as a cold pool and a hot tub and can be fun for children. The water circulation can be strong, though, making it difficult for toddlers and young children to stand when it is turned on. Please note the pool is accessible from the porch and not fenced in itself (even though there is a privacy fence around the larger home and yard). Proper supervision is essential for safety with children. Wildlife: As we are in the heart of Texas Hill Country, it's important to be mindful of local wildlife, including snakes, coyotes, and scorpions. While encounters are rare, please take precautions, such as keeping doors closed and supervising children when outdoors.
