Dining options close by The spacious suite comprises a queen bed & sleeper sofa, AC, off-street parking, contemporary en-suite bathroom (includes walk-in shower), Fire TV, and kitchenette. Entrance to guesthouse is via a private patio, (boasting a bbq & fire-pit). Patio is 420/ vape friendly. No cigarettes pls. THE SUITE ADJOINS A FAMILY HOME SHARING 2 WALLS. We have a toddler. The space The Space The suite is attached to the side of the main house in a quiet neighborhood, with it's own entrance, secured with a keypad lock, and own private patio. Kitchenette includes small fridge and freezer, microwave, and coffee/tea bar. A desk & chair are provided for you to use. The suite can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 younger children, who can share the sofa bed. 3 adults can share the space. The suite has one queen bed and a sofa bed The remodeled and contemporary bathroom includes plenty of storage and a large walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Feel free to have a bbq or relax around the fire-pit under the Colorado sky in the evening. Travel nurses: Great location within 15 mins walk to CU Anschutz Campus, Children’s Hospital, Mental Health Hospital and UC Health. Less than 3 miles away is the Medical Centre of Aurora. The guesthouse is roughly 20 minutes from the airport and downtown. Cherry Creek State Park is close by where you can enjoy the trails or even take a dip in the reservoir (preferably in summer). The mountains are within an hour for some hiking. The legendary Colfax Street is nearby which has some good dining and brewery options. If you enjoy shopping there are a few malls within 30 mins drive as well. The suite has a window AC & a ceiling fan in living room and oscillating fan in bedroom. In colder months the property has central air heating. In addition' the suite has a portable heater. You will have a wide range of eateries nearby which reflect the diversity of the neighborhood. PLEASE NOTE: Please remove your shoes when entering the house. - Unlisted guests are not allowed on the property. - (For long-term guests) Laundry is located in the garden level where we stay, and will not be freely accessible. You will receive a link with weekly availabilities to sign up for a time. -quiet time outside is from 9:30 pm to 7 am.
