All guests can enjoy the spacious and unusual interiors here. It has 5 swimming pools and offers 24H security, a closed complex with several receptions, free parking, free Wi-Fi (100Mb), air conditioning, terrace, patio, living room with pool view, kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hall. Living room TV, kitchen equipped: fridge and microwave, kettle,tableware, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher set, pots and pans, knives, spoons. Towels and linens provided The space The apartment is a new property finished in October 2024. It is on the ground floor. The living room has a panoramic balcony door with stunning views of Caribbean vegetation and a nearby pool (one of the five guests have access to). So you can enjoy this view in the air-conditioned living room or on the covered terrace equipped with lounge furniture. There are two self-contained bedrooms in the unit. Master bedroom with large king size bed and bathroom (equipped with sink, bidet, toilet and shower). If you want some intimacy and peace, the master bedroom is adjacent to a private patio where you can breathe. The second bedroom provides two comfortable, wide single twin beds. There are large walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Blackout curtains are used in the bedrooms for the comfort of guests. The second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. We provide bathroom sets (liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper) and sets of bath towels and bed linen, beach towels. The living room is a spacious place, with a cozy couch and TV corner. The kitchen is equipped with a number of utensils for the comfort of preparing meals (fridge, microwave, gas stove, set of dishes, pots, glasses, frying pan,set of cups with coffee maker, cutlery, electric kettle, dish soap, kitchen cloths). Right next to the kitchen there is a dining area. The location in the quiet town of Dominicus Americanus provides access to numerous restaurants, bars, shops and attractions such as diving, excursions to the island of Saona and Parque Nacional del Este. For stays longer than 7 nights, a laundry room (washing machine) will be available for the comfort of the guests. Upon request, we can arrange transportation from any airport in the Dominican Republic for an additional fee. We will be happy to help you organize optional trips or rent a car, scooter or golf car. We are always on site and are here to help and provide suggestions. Location: - 8-10 minutes walk to Dominicus beach (you can rent sunbeds, umbrellas, etc. there are also catering points with sunbed service) by the Caribbean Sea (gentle descent to the water, without rocks and stones, usually without sargassum), - Restaurants, shops, bars and other services within walking distance, - the possibility of renting a car, scooter or golf car, - the possibility of ordering airport transfers as well as others, - 3 min drive to Bayahibe, marinas to Saona Island and other optional excursions - about 12 minutes to La Estancia Golf Club, - approx. 15 min to La Romana International Airport (LRM), - approx. 50 min to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), Guest access This new apartment is entirely available to guests. Other things to note For stays longer than 5 nights, a laundry room (automatic washing machine) will be available. The apartment has: -no hosting any kind of parties and events - Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. - No smoking of vaping or similar substances, - No burning of candles or other open fire sources, - No drinks or food in the pool and its proximity, - It is not allowed to use linens and towels for purposes other than their purpose, such as for wiping down floors, etc. Pets are not allowed in the property. If any animal is found, a fee of $300 will be charged (for specialized cleaning). Unregistered and undeclared guests are not allowed to stay at the property. In this case, a fee of $300 will be added. It is for the garbage to be disposed of systematically. Before checkout, you'll need to clean the washer, refrigerator, and clean the kitchenware. Any stains on upholstered furniture, curtains, curtains, and linens and towels will be charged an additional fee to remove them. To be paid in cash on the day of departure. The price of the stay includes 8KWh of energy. Due to the very high cost of electricity in the Dominican Republic, we charge a fee for actual electricity consumption over 8kWh (day).
