How far is it to (anywhere)? Airbnb includes a map that shows the one block radius my house is in (Airbnb blocks the exact address and location until after you book for security reasons). The house is centrally located less then a mile from the expressway and In general you can be anywhere in the Lansing/East Lansing area in 5-10minutes by car. Will you negotiate your rate? No. I do offer a discount for continuously staying and the discount will automatically be applied when you reserve a stay of that length. I focus is to provide the best housing experience for my guests. To that end I price my units fairly so I have the funds necessary for cleaning, up keep, and on going improvements to the building and apartments, taking into consideration the other housing options available in the area and current demand. Giving random discounts would be confusing and unfair to our other guests. Can we just pay you directly? No. It would violate our relationship with Airbnb.
