Start your mornings with your favorite drink—choose from an array of coffee (including seasonal favs), tea (6 flavors) & a full seasonal spread of hot chocolates (12 flavors!). From bottled water and coffee syrups to a full tea assortment and Nespresso pods, everything is here to keep you warm and happy. After all, coffee is the most important meal of the day, at least in our eyes❄️ You’ll also find: • Virgin olive oil & avocado oil • Spices & herbs • Blender, hand mixer, toaster, air fryer, crock pot, waffle iron • Mini charcuterie board • Paper towels, garbage bags, soaps, and all the kitchen essentials ❄️ Rest Easy in Winter-Ready Comfort Our 4-bedroom setup means no one sleeps on a couch—you’ll have a king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 full size beds, all outfitted with quality linens, plush blankets, and cozy comforters perfect for chilly winter nights. Sleep like royalty surrounded by the peaceful vibe of winter. 🛁 Two Thoughtfully Designed Bathrooms Each bathroom offers its own unique vibe to suit your needs. One features bright, cool lighting and a spacious shower—perfect for getting ready or applying makeup. The other offers warm, earthy tones, a marble-tiled tub, and a rain shower head—an ideal spot to unwind with a soothing bubble bath. It’s the perfect spot for snowy-night conversations, stargazing, warm drinks, and enjoying winter’s beauty without the bite of the cold. 🔥 Grill & Chill—Your Way Love to grill? Choose between a propane grill or a grill top for the fire pit. We’ve got all the tools—from burger smashers to veggie baskets—so you can cook your way. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and property excluding the locked cabinet in bar area Other things to note Please do not unplug the Wi-Fi modem and ring security cameras. If tampering persists after 15 minutes we will have to cancel the reservation with no refund as security and your safety is our priority. At this time, I do have a policy in place that requires the primary renter to be at least 25 years old, so unfortunately, I’m not able to approve reservations for guests under that age. It’s nothing personal, just something I’ve found necessary to maintain the quality and care of the property.
