The space This newly renovated condo has everything that you'll need including a large king sized bed with a comfy mattress, soft bamboo sheets, luxurious pillows and towels. Enjoy the vintage style radio/bluetooth, board games, two large HD televisions, coffee table books, iron, blow dryer, vacuum, pickleball rackets and balls, and cleaning supplies. We even provide natural bath products, fresh coffee beans with a grinder, and so much more! Guest access The entire condo is yours to enjoy. Free access to the pool area along with tennis courts and pickleball. Tennis courts and pickleball are located in parking lot #2, just next door. Use the same key as you do for the pool. Please note that this unit is on the second floor, and there is no elevator but the stairs have strong railings with wide hallways. Other things to note Please note that the switch for the neon light is in the open section in the desk, to the right of the desk drawer. The bedroom lights by the bed can be turned on and off using the switch underneath the hanging end tables. The bedroom TV pulls out and angles for your viewing convenience. Bedroom remote is in the nightstand. Lastly, are Pickleball and tennis courts in parking lot 2… Just Next door. The pool key should give you access. Registration Details 008364
