Plus, Nashville is just an hour and 10 minutes away, making this the ideal spot for a memorable day trip. The space This is a duplex (think two townhomes attached to each other). What’s great about these units is that there are internal doors that you can unlock if wanted and make it one entire place. It can feel like a single family home or not, up to you. Built in 2024. Each place is about 1,100 sq. ft. for a total of around 2,200 sq. ft. The main floors are a gorgeous open floor concept that has 2 full kitchens, 2 65" tv's, 2 electric fireplaces and 2 covered decks on the back. The main bedrooms are on the second floor and although they are narrow there is also a sitting bench and area to hang and fold your clothing. The other bedrooms are more like lofts. Unit "A" loft has a queen bed with a regular stairway. The ceiling height is around 7' at the highest point and angles down to around 4'. There is no door but it is separate and private from the other areas. Unit "B" loft height is around 5'-6" and angles down to around 3' and has two twin beds. Just like the other loft, it has regular stairs, no door but private. Guest access Guests will have full access to entire place. Other things to note *No dogs under 1.5 years old. Please be considerate when deciding to bring your dog to our place. We take pride in our home and we love our hardwood floors and quality furniture. If your dog does not behave properly, please do not bring him.
