BATHROOM: Heated bathroom • Toilet and sink • Shampoo • Conditioner • Soap • Hairdryer LIVING ROOM: Sofa • Window AC • 55-inch widescreen TV with access to Amazon Prime Videos PARKING AREA/ OUTDOOR: Driveway and street parking are available. There is also a backyard with a patio furniture set and a gas barbecue grill. Guest access AC/HEAT: We are currently using a window AC for this property. WASHER/DRYER: On-site washer and dryer are available and free to be used. Laundry supplies are also provided such as detergent, fabric softener, and bleach. The laundry area may be shared with the next-door tenants but the laundry machines provided are solely dedicated to you. BBQ GRILL: The propane for our BBQ grill is subject to availability, please coordinate with us if you have plans to use it and we will do our best to ensure it's ready for your use during your stay. INTERNET CONNECTION: Go on a lag-free video conference call and let the others play their online games simultaneously as the internet speed goes up to 400Mbps+. Other things to note 𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘: California’s water flow rates are regulated by law, resulting in lower water pressure than other states. Showerheads are limited to 1.8 GPM, faucets to 1.2 GPM, and toilets to 1.28 GPF. These regulations help conserve water, especially during droughts. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
