Enjoy the inviting living room, perfect for unwinding, & a fully-equipped kitchen ready for shared meals. Just minutes from the beach, with boat ramp access nearby & on-site boat/trailer parking. Explore fall/winter events, local seafood, wineries, & sunsets at the beach. Book your stay for a serene coastal escape! The space Ask about our upgrade services like delicious charcuterie boards delivered to the beach house or have a picnic at the beach, we partner with local vendors to make your stay extra special. In addition, want to start your vacation a bit sooner or leave a bit later, ask about our availability for early Check-Ins and/or late Check-Out. (additional fees apply) Charcuterie Board Options: The Social serves 5-7 (including delivery and tax: $100) The Gathering serves 8-10 (including delivery and tax: $128) The Party serves 12-14 (including delivery and tax: $163) Early Check-In: $40 Late Check-Out: $40 (Must ask host first to confirm availability) We welcome well-behaved doggies (under 50 lbs) at our home! To make sure everyone has a pleasant stay, please note the following: Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. Please don’t leave dogs unattended inside the house at any time. Please keep your dogs off the furniture and beds. Remember to clean up after your pets, both indoors and in the yard. If your pet tends to bark, please help us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $125 for first doggie and $175 for two doggies .
