The space The accommodation comprises - A 22 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa and armchairs - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (160X200) - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed including a single bed (90×190) above and a double bed (140×190) below - Shower room with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC Outside: - A private terrace of around 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather Communal areas : - An above-ground swimming pool measuring 3.80 x 5.80 m and 1.20 m high. The steps must be removed after each use. It is open from May to September (opening dates non-contractual). - A 2,000 m² shared garden, equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
