The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 22 m² air-conditioned living room with a TV, sofa and armchairs - A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine… - Bedroom 1: a double bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed comprising a single bed (90×190) on top and a double bed (140×190) on the bottom - A bathroom with shower, washbasin unit, heated towel rail and toilet Outdoors: - A private terrace of approximately 30 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days A communal area shared with the ‘Les Vents de Gironde’ accommodation, comprising: - A shared above-ground swimming pool measuring 3.80 x 5.80 m and 1.20 m deep. The ladder must be removed after each use. It is open from May to September (opening dates are subject to change). - A shared 2,000 m² garden, equipped with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days. A pétanque court and various fruit trees. The chalet is ideally situated in Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d’Uzet, in a very quiet neighbourhood at the foot of the hiking trails. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby in Mortagne-sur-Gironde. Furthermore, a hypermarket is just 12 km away.
