The space The accommodation is composed as follows : First floor : - 24 m² living room with double sofa bed (140×190), TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Mezzanine : - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot. Exterior: - A private 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - An attractive 2,000 m² south-facing garden, shared with the adjoining property. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
