Perfect for spending time with family, friends or for a business trip (meeting, seminar...) In this peaceful haven, you will find everything you need to spend an unforgettable week or weekend while combining pleasure, calm and tranquility. The space The old water mill, built in the 18th century, was used as a secondary residence for nearly half a century. Now completely renovated and modernized, it can accommodate up to 15 people to sleep on site. For a weekend or a week in the countryside with family or friends. Suites designed for families with a 360° view of nature. The mill can accommodate up to 15 guests on +400 m2 and 10000 m2 (size of a soccer field) of green and wooded land crossed by the Hyerres river and a hard surface at the end of the land (size of a tennis court) Ground floor - Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, toaster, etc. - Adjoining dining and living room with fireplace, foosball and TV. - 2 separate toilets - Laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers 1st floor - a suite with master bedroom (king size bed 180 cm) and "children's" bedroom with 2 single beds plus a large shared bathroom + TV in each of the parts - 3 double bedrooms with bathroom/shower room and toilet + TV Parking: possible on the grounds or the back garden. Exterior: 2 charcoal BBQs, trampoline, ping pong table, basketball hoop, swing, swimming pool (summer only), guinguette lighting and projector, giant brazier. There are 3 buildings on site: the Mill, the "Maison du Meunier", and the old barn converted into a storage hangar. Guest access The ground floor, the 1st floor and the huge garden are available for guest use. Other things to note Please let us know if you have any questions about amenities, accessibility, or hosting options. Outdoor and daytime parties are possible for stays of 3 days or more if validated prior to booking and for a maximum of 70 guests (only 10 guests allowed to sleep on site). There will be a logistical, cleaning and caretaker surcharge of €500.
