Set just steps from the ocean on the Dominical coast, the newly built villa puts you close to the beach, but isn’t far from the restaurants and nightlife in town. Six bedrooms divided between two wings offer quiet and privacy for two or more families or groups of friends. The villa’s great room opens to a covered outdoor living area with space for conversation, napping or dining. Just beyond the covered section, an infinity pool has views of the ocean, and a sunny pool deck has plenty of chaise longues. A gas barbecue makes it easy to prepare local specialties, and an iPod dock and Wi-Fi access ensure you’ll stay entertained and connected. The heart of Ventanas Villa is its soaring great room, which has ocean views, airy 25-foot ceilings and tall sliding glass doors to let in the sea breeze. At one end, a seating area has oversized wicker sofas pulled around a coffee table. At the other end, the kitchen has room for at least five guests at the breakfast bar, plus top-of-the line stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. The six bedrooms at Ventanas Villa are evenly divided between the two wings that branch off the great room. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. On the ground floor of each wing, you’ll find two bedrooms that share a bathroom. In one wing, there are two bedrooms with queen beds, and in the other, there’s one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with a double bunk bed. On the second floor of each wing, there’s a master suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and private deck. Larger parties can make use of two rollaway beds if needed. From the villa, it’s just a two-minute drive to the whitewater surf of Dominical Beach. It’s also a two-minute drive to the restaurants, grocery store and beach in town.
