Other things to note Weekend Pre-Authorisation Deposit & Damage Policy For Friday and Saturday bookings, we may charge a pre-authorisation deposit of £180 on a valid credit card. This is not an actual charge, but your bank may temporarily reduce your available balance while the funds are held. The deposit is typically released within 24 hours after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches of house rules (such as smoking, property damage, or unauthorised gatherings or parties). If any issues are identified, the cost of damages or violations may be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded.
