Extra guests can be accommodated with the sofa bed in the living room and a travel cot is available on request. The comfortable living room has sofas to relax and sit by the wood burning stove, and you will find a selection of books, games, smart tv, and wifi. Amply sized dining area with wooden dining table and chairs. The spacious and well equipped kitchen looks out onto the rear garden. The kitchen has a breakfast table and two chairs, all new appliances including dishwasher and microwave, and in the utility room a washing machine and dryer. The large bathroom has wc, bath and electric shower (over bath) and heated towel rail. There is also a cloakroom with basin and second wc. There are temperature controlled heaters in each room. Outside to the front there is a gravel and planted garden with bench. The property is paved to the side and back allowing for easy access. In the back garden steps lead up to the summer house and raised terrace, with spectacular views across the valley. The perfect place to enjoy the tranquillity of this rural location, listening to the birds singing, and watching the everchanging skyscape. With incredible dark skies it is the ideal location for stargazing.
