The private heated pool is available 24 hours; please respect quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. Other things to note to 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The house is near the beach and a 15-minute walk from a tennis court. There are 6 parking spaces on the property and additional free street parking. Up to 2 pets are allowed, and an electric vehicle charging station is available. No events or smoking allowed. Beach towels are included. The house is in a residential area, so parties and loud music are not permitted. When leaving, please close doors and windows using the security devices.
