THE APARTMENT The 50-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a farmhouse, with a completely independent entrance on the garden side, accessible via a small staircase of only 4 steps. A rustic, cozy environment with attention to detail, where wood and natural materials give a warm and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The bedroom is spacious, with a comfortable double bed, perfect for a regenerating rest. In the living room, a French sofa bed can accommodate two more people, making the apartment ideal for 4 guests. The living area is open space and includes a living room area with TV and a fully equipped kitchen area, which allows you to prepare meals as if you were at home. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked, with everything you need to cook comfortably: • Electric kettle to prepare hot drinks in an instant. • Coffee machine to enjoy your favorite coffee in the morning. • Oven and microwave for all types of cooking. • Dishwasher to facilitate cleaning after meals. • Fridge to store fresh food. • In addition, a washing machine and iron are available to guests for every need.
