THE APARTMENT The apartment, 50 square meters, is located on the ground floor of a farmhouse, with a completely independent entrance from the garden side, accessible by a small staircase of only 4 steps. A rustic environment, cozy and cared for in every detail, where wood and natural materials give a warm and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for a stay full of relaxation and peace. The bedroom is spacious, with a comfortable double bed, perfect for a refreshing rest. In the living room, a French-style sofa bed can accommodate two more people, making the apartment ideal for 4 guests. The living area is open space and includes a living room corner with TV and a fully equipped kitchen area, which allows you to prepare meals like at home. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked, with everything you need to cook comfortably: • Electric kettle to prepare hot drinks in an instant. • Coffee maker to enjoy your favorite coffee in the morning. • Oven and microwave for all types of cooking. • Dishwasher to facilitate cleaning after meals. • Fridge to store fresh food. • In addition, at guests' disposal, washing machine and ironing board for every need. The bathroom is complete with all amenities, with a spacious shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Fresh towels, bedding, and a hairdryer are provided for your daily needs.
