Other things to note House Rules & Important Information To help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and follow the house rules below. Safety & Security For the safety of our guests and the protection of our property, an exterior security camera is installed at the front entrance. The camera monitors outdoor areas only and is used to verify guest arrivals, ensure compliance with house rules, and provide added security. We also utilize a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels. This device does not record conversations or audio and is only designed to alert us if excessive noise levels occur, such as loud parties, amplified music, or disruptive disturbances. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws; however, proof of current vaccinations may be requested. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or similar products, is prohibited inside the home and on the property.
Violation Fee: $250 Registered Guests Only
Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. Any additional overnight guests or visitors must be approved in advance.
Violation Fee: $100 per unregistered guest During Your Stay ● Please treat the home with care and respect as if it were your own. ● Leave the property in reasonably clean condition upon departure. ● Help us keep the community beautiful by disposing of all trash properly and not leaving any items outdoors. ● If anything is damaged, broken, missing, or not functioning properly, please notify us immediately so we can address it promptly. Occupancy Policy Your reservation rate is based on the number of guests selected at the time of booking. For reservations with more than four guests, an additional charge of $10 per night for each additional guest will apply.
