The house is located in the cul de sac which is a very quiet and safe. Very spacious and open space living room - Bedroom 1: King bed - Bedroom 2: Queen bed - Bedroom 3: Queen bed - An ottoman in the living room turns into an additional bed - The backyard facing nature. - Garage fits 2 cars, driveway fits 2 cars, and street parking available. - Fully equipped kitchen Guest access - Guests have access to entire house Other things to note -No smoking inside the house -No pets -City code does not allow Party or Event. -Quiet hour 10pm-7am. -House can accommodate 7 guests. -We have exterior ring camera at the property for security and insurance purposes. Guest access Guests have access the the whole property Other things to note NO shoes in house please. Trash pick up Friday, guest to pull out bins to curbside Thursday night. We have wall plug-in for air freshener. FYI for folks that are allergic to it. Smart TV allows you to watch lots of Freevee movies, youtube, and your pick of news channels.
