This family friendly location has a large parking area with plenty of room for vehicles/trailers and the patio/backyard are a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The space This cozy tiny home sits on a private 1-acre lot in Howland and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The stocked kitchen features a dining table and barstools, while the living area includes a TV, Wi-Fi, and a full-size futon that sleeps two. The bedroom includes a queen bed plus a daybed that sleeps one or can be used as a child’s bed or crib with a removable sideboard. The bathroom features a large shower, washer and dryer, and extra towels, with additional bedding conveniently stored on bedroom shelves. Enjoy the screened-in patio with table, chairs, and propane grill, or unwind at the backyard firepit with cooking grate and complimentary firewood. Ample parking is available for vehicles, trailers, and recreational gear. Howland is an ATV-friendly community with trail access within one mile, along with nearby lakes and rivers offering public boat launches and swimming areas. The property is just minutes from in-town amenities and easy access to I-95.
