Other things to note We do not supply firewood or charcoal; please take care of it yourself when you are out. Quaint and quiet suburban community with lovely local neighbors. At the end of the street, there are Intermediate and Junior High schools, across the street is Unity Park, as well as a Police station, making this one of the safest and most convenient neighborhoods for families. We are in the Texas so there are bugs and critters around. We have routine pest control services performed regularly. We recommend keeping the doors closed when not in use, to keep things from flying in, but if you experience any unwanted visitors let us know and will do our best to assist with getting them out. Liability: You accept that activities like hiking, fishing and pond are at your own risk.
