The space Quiet Area of Wilmington, Easy Access and ample parking. House is on a corner lot. This home has had a complete remodel just prior to becoming this Short term stay. There are 4 bedrooms all with very comfortable Queen beds. Downstairs has 2 spacious bedrooms that share 1 Full Bath. Bedroom #3 is also upstairs. Bedroom #4 upstairs has its own attached Full bath We use high quality linens, towels and pillows to to make the stay cushy. Hot Tub is located on the back Florida room. It i shared with the Basement unit. So either occupant has access from inside the house. Fenced back yard . Pets are permitted BUT ABSOLUTLEY no pets on beds or furniture. Failure to comply with this rule will incur additional fees for clean up. We offer discounts for stays > 7 days = 10% off and stays > 30 days = 20% off. The back porch Florida room (Hot Tub Area) as well as the back yard including the fenced in area are shared with the Lower (basement) unit #2. A fire pit and Charcoal Grill are both in the backyard Other things to note This cape Cod style house has 2 completely separate stays. The other unit may or may not be occupied.
