The stated price is for 2 guests with no pets. If your party is more than 2, the additional cost is $20 per guest per day for the entire stay. Hosting of temporary guests is on a case by case basis and pricing determined per case. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis at $350 per stay minimum. The space This lovely cottage is located on private quiet driveway 10 minutes from Sutton, Knowlton, and Bromont. The home and location offer all that you will need to relax and have fun! The pictures tell almost all there is to tell and below are a few more details. The home is on a private entrance away from the street and the property is very large. There is parking for four cars, two side by side in front of the top terrace and two inline a little further down the entrance. Snow removal for the entrance and the parking spots is included. The outdoor hot tub is heated year round. Smart televisions in all rooms with sports, movie, and many other channels to watch or cast. Very high speed Wifi. Great filtered and uv treated drinking water throughout. The home is fully equipped including all bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens. The kitchen has all that you will need to prepare meals. There is enough coffee, tea, breakfast foods and snacks for a few days. Laundry soap and other products are provided for the length of your stay depending on your use. There are enough toiletries for a few days and good quality toilet paper and tissues for the length of your stay depending on your use. Each bedroom has a clock, a phone charger, a luggage rack, a safe, a bathrobe and slippers. Each bathroom has a toilet with integrated bidet. Tourist guides for activities and sites of the region are included. All you need to do is arrive! Guest access The entire home is for your use. The number of bedrooms provided is based on the number of guests. The backyard is for your enjoyment and private use, as is the parking. You are welcome to walk the trails and enjoy the pond, however they are not reserved for your use only as they are also used by us. Our home is at the end of the private drive away from your property. Other things to note The base price is for 2 guests with no pets.
