Chique furnishing, art books, board games, fully equipped in every room. It is quiet but also very central. I am happy to host families and groups of women as a priority. Recently renovated with real wood flooring, state-of-art kitchen with antique tiles and Egyptian carved wood. This home is full of Iraqi, Syrian, Palestinian and Lebanese furnishing, art work and books. Walking distance to metro; taxi, uber services arrive quickly. Our friendly doorman is happy to help in any of your needs. The space The main hall has a nine-meter wide wood window with a beautiful open view of trees and old Zamalek buildings. It is divided into four sections, office, Tv room, dining room and living room. The lushious plants are a pleasure to the eye. The kitchen is highly user friendly, its cupboards have latest mehanism and has all the basic home needs for cooking whether spices or basic needs upon arrival as well as kitchen ware. The kitchen is airconditioned to allow for pleasant cooking experience in the summer. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a tub. Each of the three bedrooms have unique style from artsy to modern to antique. The back balcony is a pleasure in the evenings and the warm sun during winter days. There are two private office spaces in two bedrooms and two desks in open areas. Guest access All is accessible except a few locked cabinets and cupboards. You are welcome to ready any of the book available as long as you put them back in place before you leave. The kitchen cabinets have many amneties. Please replace anything you use that becomes empty in terms of dry foods/spices as way to keep such full amneties available all the time.
