Wake up to ocean, sea, beach, and mountain views, then spend your day moving easily between the water and your cozy retreat. Sleeping arrangements The studio features a king bed, and a sofa bed, making the space workable for small groups as well as couples. A ceiling fan and heating keep things comfortable, and central heat runs throughout the unit. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. You'll also find cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper, plus dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. Coffee is provided, and the dining table gives you a spot to sit down for meals. Living space A TV anchors the living room, along with the sofa bed for extra sleeping space. An ethernet connection and Wifi keep you connected, and a dedicated workspace is available if you need to get some work done during your stay. Bathroom The bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water, along with a hair dryer and cleaning products on hand. Outdoor & location Step outside to a patio or balcony, and take advantage of beach access just nearby. Beach essentials, including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear, are provided so you can head to the water without packing extra gear. A private entrance means you come and go without sharing access with other units. Parking & extras Free parking is available on premises, along with free street parking. Guests also have a washer, dryer, iron, and drying rack on hand, plus extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage. A crib and pack 'n play are available for families traveling with little ones. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple, and cleaning is available during your stay upon request. Pets are allowed, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. For your safety, the home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit, along with exterior security cameras overlooking the shared parking lot and the first floor walkway. Note: We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the home. We do not have mailbox keys, and multiple people (vendors, housekeeping, and guest services staff) have access to the property, so packages cannot be guaranteed once delivered.
