This includes squirrels, deer, raccoons, mice, spiders, mosquitos, sand fleas, spotted lanternflies, flies, plant mites, skunks, ticks, bees, wasps, crickets, ants, tree roaches, frogs, various bugs, and other creatures. They reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do have Professional pest control company that comes out once a month and sprays for Mosquitos and no-see-ums and puts out bug traps, but we do not have any control over their adventures. Sometimes they end up in the house. We clean and inspect everything before you arrive. There will be no refunds for Mother Nature getting in the house. If you are sensitive to mosquitoes, bring bug spray. We have found certain things work well at the beach, Insect spray with Deet in it, and Amber Romance body lotion. In the event you are alarmed over one of these critters, please alert me, and we will have pest control, or HOA take care of it.
