Our beautiful, open, and airy condo is filled with natural light, offering breathtaking oceanfront views from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. Imagine waking up to unobstructed sunrises and ending your day gazing at the moon and stars from your private balcony, where you can also enjoy alfresco dining. Designed with families in mind, our condo is spacious and equipped with fun games for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker with starter coffee supplies, and essential paper products to get you started. The coastal décor creates a serene and relaxing atmosphere throughout. This condo features three inviting bedrooms: a cozy queen bedroom, a fun bunk bed room that sleeps four, and a large, open master suite with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. There’s also a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. We provide all linens and beach towels, and there’s a locker stocked with beach supplies for your convenience. Enjoy our newly renovated pool, spa, and sun deck. With ADA-approved beach ramp access, direct beach access, and an exterior shower, your beach days will be a breeze. Guest access Direct Beach access with ADA approved ramp is available on site. The pool & spa are now open. Unit door is secured with electronic code that is changed upon check-in. Two elevators are available. Shopping/luggage carts are available in the lobby & parking garage. Guests will have access to pool & hot tub, direct beach access, large storage area with beach supplies ( chairs, beach toys, boogie boards), gym and all common areas of our building. Parking is limited to ONE designated underground parking spot. Trailer & commercial vehicles of any kind parking is not permitted on site. There is additional open parking on main level but is first come, first serve and not guaranteed and will require a visible parking pass at all times. We strong urge only one vehicle on your stay during busy times such as events. Two is the maximum. There is a trash chute and the beach supply storage are located on the 5th floor by the elevators. Other things to note We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance for your protection, especially during hurricane season (June 1 through November 30th). We prefer all guests are 21 years old or older unless traveling as part of a family. We do not allow 3rd party bookings- the traveler who books the stay on the app must be present for the entirety of the stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi.
