Lawrenceville Retreat w/ Parking and Yard

Originally built in the 1860s, Blackberry Way has been newly renovated from top to bottom with custom finishes and modern decor. Our house is central to all the local purveyors and eats that the Lawrenceville neighborhood has to offer. This house offers free off-street parking, a fully appointed kitchen with a peninsula bar, a sizable living room, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. A large private fenced in rear yard with a smokeless fire pit completes the entertaining space. The space Our home offers a fully appointed custom kitchen with peninsula bar, quartz countertops, a dual coffee pot/K cup machine, Cuisinart appliances (toaster, blender, electric kettle), as well as ample dinner services and glassware. Local roasted coffee is also provided. The living area is sizable with ample seating for guests, a large 65” HDTV with streaming offered through AppleTV and cable through YoutubeTV. There are two bedrooms located on the upper level, both with queen sized beds, 100% cotton bedding and down pillows. Aesop bath products are provided, along with towels and a hairdryer. A free full-sized washer and dryer also is available on the upper level, as well as an iron and steamer. The backyard contains a smokeless SoloStove fire pit, as well as four Adirondack chairs and firewood. Off street parking is also available, which can comfortably fit one full sized car/SUV. Additional parking is available on conveniently located side streets! Guest access Guests will have access to the full house, yard, and parking pad.
