The space Located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood-watch community, this 90’s art nouveau /post modern house is carefully curated with vintage gems and records from every decade from the 60’s to the early 2000’s! ( mostly queens from Sade to Carly Simon, Janet, Chaka khan and Miss Badu) *UNAUTHORIZED OR DISRUPTIVE GROUPS ARE SUBJECT TO EARLY CANCELLATION BY AIRBNB WITHOUT A REFUND AND NEGATIVE PUBLIC REVIEW * ON THE WALLS: original artwork from local artists, including myself, and one of my favorites: Miss Van HIGHLIGHTS: -35 min drive to the Sequoias and 5 min drive to most major and grocery stores, including Target, Sprouts, Nordstrom Rack and Aldi -Partial RV hook up ( water /30 Amp) - Ping pong table - karaoke machine - Pickleball set - Pool with night lights for late night swimming - Outdoor dining and lounging - Backyard fire pit and a small 20” grill - Smart TVs in 2 /3 bedrooms for a stay in bed kinda weekend - Sleeps 8 in beds plus one more in a foldaway bed for a total of 9 MUSIC / TEA ROOM: A separate game room with a record player, wine nook, coffee and tea station, & adult games—perfect for game night or catch up time with your group (first wine bottle is ready to pop, on us !) - Every piece and corner is carefully curated with vintage decor and furniture from over 10 local vintage shops! LIVINGROOM: A karaoke machine, smart TV, music books/ magazines for song choice inspiration 3 BEDROOMS: - Named after songs and their vibe - A vanity & full sized mirror in every room - USB outlets and charging stations for quick get ready time! 1- GOLDEN SLUMBERS: Queen bed on a vintage brass frame and gold decor sleeps 2 comfortably and conveniently across the 1st bathroom. 2- MEETING IN THE LADIES’ ROOM: A girls’ night favorite! 3 beds and a foldout bed, with light up double vanity, perfect for movie night with 5 of your besties! (Master bathroom inside) 3- THE SWEETEST TABOO: A comfortably dreamy queen platform bed- perfect for a couple’s weekend in bed with a bottle of wine and rom-com marathon. DINING: A vintage Spinning glass table and high back lacquer chairs are an original italian masterpiece from the 80’s. Gold silverware and chopsticks to top off your picture perfect dining experience! *We can’t stress enough that due to its glass and vintage pieces, along with adult amenities, this is NOT a child friendly house and additional $75-100 fee will be requested for parties with children * As you enter the house, pop open your first bottle (on me!) and push play on the curated QR code playlist of the best 60s to 2000’s jams while you pick your rooms and unpack ! Then, grab a blanket sized Turkish towel from the towel caddy, and jump in the pool to catch up with the group over mimosas or margaritas. Pool is not heated but if you visit between March and October, chances are the pool is already perfect temp. After sunset, put on your best evening outfit, order some takeout or cook your favorite meal and sit around the most stunning Italian vintage dining table and toast to an epic stay! Finally, get into your silk jammies and unwind in the music room over cocktails or tea and answer some of the best conversation starters from a deck of icebreaker cards! You can also grab a puzzle or game board if you’re up for an all nighter! If you’re in the mood to rock out, head to the livingroom, grab some music books and karaoke away til the sun comes up! Your neighbors are super chill, just be mindful of how loud you celebrate outdoors. Wake up and throw on your cutest outfit for a day of brunching, thrifting and bar hopping in downtown Visalia or pack a cooler and take a 35-40 min drive up to Sequoia and Kings Canyon! Guest access The house is a neighborhood watch gem in the safest community, within a 5 min walk to police department, and shopping. Friendly neighbors and clean streets for evening walks. Other things to note We can’t stress enough that due to its glass and vintage pieces, along with adult amenities, this is not a child friendly house. Groups with children and extra guests will incur an additional $75-150 fee💕
