Just a short walk to the marina, it's ideal for boating, fishing, & outdoor adventures. Complete with a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, & smart TVs, Retreat #17 is your perfect lake escape for relaxation & fun! The space High natural wood ceilings. Warm, clean retreat with views of the lake and mountains. Lots of windows, open and large deck. The property is only about 500+ feet from the lake when the lake is full. The deck includes a gas BBQ and lots of sitting to enjoy the lake. Please note that this home does require the use of stairs to get to the main living area. Retreat 17 has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with 2 CA Kings, 2 Queen Beds, A Queen Futon and a Queen Sofa Bed. This home has central air conditioning and heating. There is good Truck/Boat/Car/ATV Parking on good sized driveway and area in front of the home. No Rv'S or Campers. - Sugarloaf Boat County Boat Ramp is close by. The marina location and moorage availability is dependent on lake level. - Shoreline anchor also available. Use caution. - Majority of boaters choose Shasta as their favorite Lake in California! Warm water during summer, many fingers to ski/board with calm water, massive dam, fishing everywhere, and multiple marinas to fuel the boat. Over 365 miles of shoreline to explore. Most shoreline in California. - Plenty of relaxing time to view wildlife from the deck while you have a cup of coffee in the morning or favorite drinks in the evening. - Multiple forest service country roads for ATV's and hiking to explore close by. IMPORTANT: We are firm on the max number of guests and adults. IMPORTANT ON DOGS: We will allow up to two very well behaved dogs but we do change $95 per dog. These dogs must be well trained, not puppies and are never let on the furniture or beds. They must never be left alone in the house unless they are crated. Owner must clean up after them. Bringing a pet that is not approved by us and paid for will result in a $500 pet fee.
