The deck includes a gas BBQ and lots of sitting to enjoy the lake. Please note that this home does require the use of stairs to get to the main living area. Retreat 17 has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with 2 CA Kings, 2 Queen Beds, A Queen Futon and a Queen Sofa Bed. If you have a larger party, Retreat 2 and Retreat 8 are directly next door with Retreat 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, and 17 on the same street. This home has central air conditioning and heating. There is good Truck/Boat/Car/ATV Parking on good sized driveway and area in front of the home. These dogs must be well trained, not puppies and are never let on the furniture or beds. They must never be left alone in the house unless they are crated. Owner must clean up after them. Bringing a pet that is not approved by us and paid for will result in a $500 pet fee.
