With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, including two master suites with ensuite bathrooms, this home offers comfort and convenience for all ages. The all-seasons deck lets you enjoy the breeze or relax in air-conditioned comfort while taking in the lake’s unobstructed views. The large, level grassy lot and private dock are perfect for outdoor fun, whether you're watching the sunset or tying up your boat. For cozy evenings, gather around the lakeside firepit to roast s'mores or stay closer to the house and grill hot dogs or steaks with a second firepit. Inside, the spacious kitchen with a double oven is ideal for cooking family meals, while the living room’s gas fireplace sets the scene for movie nights. With minimal stairs and indoor entertainment like games and movies, 🌅SUNSET ESCAPE🌅 offers a perfect getaway for guests of all ages. ⚠️ House Rules ⚠️ This is our home and we’d love to share it with others so they can enjoy it as well. We ask that you respect the neighbors as this is a quiet sleepy neighborhood. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules: * Quiet Hours: Please maintain quiet from 10:00pm to 7:00am to respect neighboring guests. 💤 * No Smoking: Our property is strictly smoke-free, both inside and outside.🚭 * Pets: Pets are allowed on the property with a pet fee required. Please ensure they are well-behaved and cleaned up after. We ask that you do not allow your pets on the beds or furniture. There are pet towels provided to help keep them clean. 🐶 * Parties: Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. * Damages: Please report any damages or broken items immediately. * Check-in/Check-out: Adhere to the stated check-in and check-out times. 🕰️ * Trash and Recycling: Please dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately. 🗑️♻️ *Security: We do have security cameras around the property to help keep the home and guest safe during their stay. They are only on the outside of the property. 📸 💤SETTING THE SLEEPING STANDARD💤 This 4 bedroom home is large enough to get your own space while also being able to enjoy each other's company. Each bedroom has extra pillows and blankets to help make your night away unforgettable. Master #1 - Enjoy the large private master bedroom that has its own ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a tub and shower with two sinks and plenty of towels and washcloths. This Master has a large 👑 KING👑 bed and smart TV. This bedroom has two large closets and plenty of built-ins to help unpack and relax. There is a ceiling fan and an in room wall unit to help set the perfect temperature. Master #2 - This property has 2 master bedrooms with a second one also being private on the opposite side of the home. It also has a 👑KING👑 bed with plenty of pillows and blankets to help provide an amazing night away. This master also has a ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom has a stand in shower and all the towels and wash cloths you need. Bedroom #3 - The quiet bedroom is across from the 2nd Master. It also has a 👑KING👑 bed with plenty of pillows and blankets. This room has a ceiling fan and the bathroom is across the hall as a shared bathroom. This bathroom has a jet tub/shower for those that may need additional assistance. Bedroom #4 - This bedroom has two small closets to help put your personal items away while you enjoy your stay. This room as a FULL bed with plenty of pillows and blankets. It also shares the bathroom with the other guest. This bathroom has a jet tub/shower for those that may need additional assistance. 🧑‍🍳THE COOKING EXPERIENCE🧑‍🍳 This kitchen offers an open kitchen design that has plenty of space for moving around and preparing a home cooked meal for the entire family. It has a double oven and stove top to prepare a full course meal for the family. The home comes with the following supplies to help prepare almost any meal: Pots, Pans, Toaster, Rice Cooker, Crock Pot, Air Fryer, and Microwave. The space offers a 5 person bar top and a 4 person table so everyone can be together while preparing those unforgettable memories. Those who need coffee in the morning this home has a traditional coffee pot and Keurig for the quick coffee drinks. Misc. Supplies: We try to keep the minor essentials to help you get settled in: Coffee grounds, Keurig Pods, Salt, Pepper, Cooking Oil, Sugar, Minor Spices, Cleaning Supplies, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Dryer Sheets, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash. There is a Dollar Tree within 5 minutes of the home for any of the forgotten essentials. 🌳 ALL SEASONS PORCH ❄️ Welcome to the place that everyone can enjoy. It has all the Lake Views and offers the space so everyone can enjoy. There is a large table to enjoy dinner or games and then a couple couches to relax and watch the sunset. This all seasons deck also has a separate wall unit to turn on the AC during the summer nights. The windows can open as the temperature cools to enjoy the breeze. Please be sure to cloths them when you leave. ⚓️LAKE FUN⚓️ There is a private dock with tie-ins for your own boat. We also have two - 1 person Kayaks, large paddle board, two person kayak, inflatable paddle board, and large lilly pad to enjoy and play in the water. We have plenty of life jackets for all ages. The yard is a flat yard with no steps from the house to the dock. This makes the lake access enjoyable and fun for all ages. The water at the edge of the dock is 4-5' depth which makes it great for boating or swimming. Don't forget your fishing poles, as there are many great fishing spots around the corner. Please BE SAFE at the water with proper adult supervision. 🛥️ BOAT RENTAL AVAILABLE 🛥️ 2022 White Godfrey Pontoon available with rental during your stay for an additional daily charge. Must be 25 to rent and operate the boat. The boat limit is 8 people and great for boating and seeing other parts of the lake. There are water toys such as Lilly Pad, Noodles, and Floating Tubes available. Tubing and skiing are not allowed on the boat. Additional license and insurance requirements during rental process. 🔥OUTDOOR NIGHTS🔥 There are two (2) firepits, one by the water to enjoy the nights and also one by the house to stay close while you grill and spend time with the family. The yard is absolutely massive and plenty of room to ride bikes, run, throw football or frisbee with the family. 👶🏻KID & PET FRIENDLY🐶 The large lot and plenty of toys the kids will create unforgettable family memories. We also have a fenced in front yard if you bring your furry family members to be safe and run around. The neighborhood has other pets that are out that will come say hi. There is a pet fee required prior to booking. ♿️ Mobility Access 👵🏻 We are NOT handicap accessible but the homes is a comfortable one level with 2-3 steps to enter the home. One Master is an open access shower. The shared bathroom has a jet tub/shower that is meant for assisted support while bathing. This should help accomdate all family members to come enjoy the lake. ⚠️WATER SEASONAILITY⚠️ This lake is controlled by TVA meaning that the water level changes during the winter months. The "off-season" is controlled by TVA and can vary from year to year.
