Nestled right on the water in the secure and vibrant Jolly Harbour community, this home offers the ideal blend of comfort, privacy, and location. 🛏️ Bedrooms & Bathrooms The master suite features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and its own private balcony with seating — perfect for sunrise coffees or evening cocktails. The second bedroom includes twin beds, also with ample wardrobe space and a relaxed, airy feel. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and come with en-suite bathrooms. There's also a convenient downstairs guest toilet, which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer — ideal for longer stays. 🧘🏽‍♀️ Living & Lounge Area Downstairs, you'll find a bright and spacious open-plan layout: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up meals (yes, there’s even a blender for those frozen piña coladas!) Other things to note A security Deposit of $300US dollars is payable the day before you arrive. This can be paid by card and will be returned no more than 1 day after check out providing there have been no damages to the property. There is a communal pool, tennis, basketball and golf all available onsite. The swimming pool is free to use but the rest have a small charge. The beach is also approx 4 minutes walk from the villa. 🔐 Security Note: For your peace of mind, a security camera is installed outside the property overlooking the entrance. This helps ensure the safety of both guests and the home, and does not monitor any private or interior areas.
