Finca Valleta

Our Finca Valleta is located in Parcent, a village in the Jalon valley at the foot of the Coll de Rates! It is located in a wonderfully quiet area between figs, citrus and almond trees. The house is equipped with all comforts, such as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, good wifi (indoor/outdoor), air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms etc. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a private swimming pool (summer) and Jacuzzi (winter period) and a lot of privacy. The space The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with 6-person dining table, sitting area with smart TV, 1 bedroom with double bed and spacious bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Outside a large terrace with plenty of shade with a lounge set, 6-seater dining table, gas BBQ, outdoor shower, jacuzzi (winter) and swimming pool (summer). The first floor consists of a kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living/bedroom with smart TV with a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with toilet, shower (in the bath) and sink.
