Roan Inish

This sweet home has had many upgrades and provides astounding views of Aspy Bay just steps away. There is an extensive sandy beach only 2 kilometres along the coast and lovely hiking nearby. Or...perhaps you want to sit and gaze... Oftentimes, my home is available in its entirety. Preference will be given to guests who request to stay for two or more days. Come for a relaxing coastal visit. The space Located on a well maintained year round road, the property offers quiet walks, a cosy interior and room to play outdoors. There is a fire pit for summer use. The area provides opportunities for cycling, kayaking (put-in opposite house), hiking, and cross country skiing. Guest access Roan Inish is a small traditional home with two available second floor bedrooms for visitors, one with a queen bed, and the adjoined other with two single beds. The living/dining area is open and connected to the large well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. Access is through the mudroom at side of house. During your stay The space is shared when the owner is home, a part of the year. Other things to note The house is available for multiple day rental throughout the year.
