Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. Our place is just 3 min from the freeway in a friendly neighborhood for easy access and convenience. We are also located just 20 min by car from the SLC airport and the city of Salt Lake City. Nearby (within 5-10 min drive) locations include the America First Field (Real Salt lake soccer) stadium, Costco, Intermountain Health Alta View Hospital, Sandy Amphitheater, beautiful hikes, TRAX (train) station, &more! The space Welcome to this beautiful Sandy unit. As you walk in, you'll enjoy a spacious living room with a TV for movie nights and lounging. The living room sofa can be rearranged for an additional place to sleep. Further in, you'll walk into the kitchen area with a washer/dryer, bathroom, and dining space for gathering and eating. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath, king bed, and sofa. The other rooms contain either two twins or a queen bed. For extra guests, we also have a full futon. Just outside of the other rooms, you'll also enjoy an additional bathroom with a shower. If you need cribs (e.g. Pack 'N Play), we can accommodate your needs upon request. This a family-friendly unit but can also be treated as a business stay. Guest access This unit is one of three units on the property (Triplex). Generally, guests can play on south side grassy area of the property. There is also a nearby park within 5 minutes walking distance.
