Welcome to your home away from home. Our cozy two bed home is located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood in Lyndhurst. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable for a couple of weeks or for a long stay. The space The space: The main space of the house combines a relaxing living room with cozy sofa and smart t.v with a fully equipped kitchen. The house has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen size bed with large windows and The second bedroom has trendo bed and a dedicated workspace. Each room has hangers and a dresser for your clothes and belongings. The house has big windows with a nice space that gives a feeling of openess and coziness. All rooms have ACs *Living room: The perfect space to relax after a long day with 2 comfortable sofas, cushions and throw blankets. It has 65'' smart t.v with netflix and apple t.v ,Coffee table and reading lamps. *Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience for long states or for people that like to cook. It has two bar stools and a table with two chairs to enjoy your meals. •Dishwasher •Oven + baking tools •Microwave •Coffee maker + coffee essentials •Pots and pens •Silverware, plates and bowls •Cooking utensils •Brita water filter pitcher •Salt and pepper *Bedrooms: The main bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 night stand and lamps, a dresser and a closet. The second bedroom has trendo bed, a dedicated workspace,a dresser, a closet and a mirror. There is a option to open the trendo bed and it can accommodate 2 people. There is extra bedding in the closet. Bathroom and shower: The bathroom is fully stocked with towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body soap). Other things to note: •Free parking at the back yard •Washer and dryer in the basement (including detergent) •High speed WiFi •Central hitting system and temperature control panel Surveillance cameras are installed outside of the property for security and noise awar device in the house for noise level. It doesn't record conversations , it only massure the level of noise. Smoke detector are installed as well. Guest access There is a key pad at the front door. You will be provided with an access code upon your arrival. There is a private parking space at the back of the house. We hope you will have a lovely stay.
