Other things to note • Pontoon and Boat Lift Rentals are available onsite • Kayaks, Paddleboards and life jackets are available first come, first serve • Enjoy shared access to a sports court featuring pickleball and basketball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and a jungle gym for added fun Check-in & Check-Out ★ We offer early check-in at 2PM for a $50 fee, subject to availability. If you require check-in earlier than 2PM, we recommend booking the previous night to guarantee access. * In the event that the property is not ready by 2PM due to unforeseen circumstances, the early check-in fee will be refunded. You must request early check-in at least 24 hours before arrival. ★ We offer a late check-out of 11AM for a $50 fee, subject to availability. • We have regular pest control service, so it’s not uncommon to come across critters—some that didn’t make it and occasionally a few that did.
