Thoughtfully decorated, these rooms offer a serene atmosphere—ideal for unwinding after a day of excitement. Bedroom #1: ‘The Lucky 8 Room’ 🎱 ⊛ Features a full sized bed decorated with sage green accents and retro decor to bring an aesthetic feel while feeling relaxed. Bedroom #2: ‘The Desert Room’ 🌵 ⊛ The desert has never been so ravishing! This desert themed room has TWO full sized beds and a full body mirror. Bedroom #3: ‘The Sunrise Room’ 🌅 ⊛ This bright yet comforting master bedroom has a king sized bed and smart TV with beautiful bright accents that resemble the color of SoCal’s sunrise. You’ll also find ample parking, with plenty of street parking and the full length of the driveway available for your use. Other things to note: » Street Sweeping (1st and 3rd Friday): Please avoid parking on either side of the street between 7 AM and 2 PM on these Fridays to prevent any tickets. We are not responsible for any fines incurred. » Trash Pick-Up (Wednesdays) » Parking: You are welcome to park along the street or use the entire length of the driveway OUTSIDE of the black gate. Other things to note HOUSE RULES ✤ No parties or large gatherings: To respect our neighbors, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. We use the WYND Sentry Smart Home system to monitor indoor noise levels. If a party or large gathering is detected, all guests will be required to vacate the property without a refund. ✤ Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Outdoor noise should be kept low after 9:30 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors. ✤ Guest limit: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. For any guests exceeding the 10-person limit, a $100 fee per person will apply. ✤ Supervision of children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the property. ✤ No smoking: Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the house. A $1,000 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. ✤ Overnight guests: No extra or overnight guests beyond those listed in your reservation. If more guests are found staying than permitted, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. ✤ No mail delivery: We do not allow any mail or packages to be delivered to the property during your stay. ✤ Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Fees may apply for early check-in or late check-out outside these hours. ✤ Pre-check-in luggage: If available, we can store luggage before check-in for an additional fee, but this must be requested in advance. ✤ Pet fee: Pets are allowed on the property with extra fee of $100. ✤ No shoes indoors: Kindly remove your shoes while inside the property. ✤ Safety reminders: Please unplug hair styling tools (such as straighteners and curling irons) and irons after use to prevent any accidents. ✤ Violation of rules: Any violation of these rules (especially regarding parties or large gatherings) will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund and may incur a minimum fine of $1,000. ✤ Booking confirmation: By confirming your booking, you agree to follow these house rules. - Property Disclosure - We have exterior security cameras that monitor the premise. These cameras record both video and audio when motion is detected. Additionally, there is a smart home device in the property that monitors noise levels but does not record video or audio. All recording devices are located outside the property and are not directed inside to ensure your privacy. These devices operate 24/7. There are no indoor cameras. ☞ Please note: We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and impose fines if these rules are violated.
