Other things to note • REMEMBER TO BRING • coffee, milk, sugar, bathing suits, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, sunblock, bug spray, sports equipment to play tennis, pickle or basketball (or you can rent for free onsite), fishing rods (PA fishing license needed—fill out online), kayak or canoe • NATURE-Y THINGS • The chalet is located in a rural, wooded setting. You may encounter wild animals (mostly deer), spiders, flying insects and more critters. • BURN BANS • From time to time, the community may issue burn bans where firepits cannot be lit due to increased risk of wildfires (but you can use the BBQ gas grill). There is a $500 fine if you light a firepit during a burn ban. • POOL & OTHER AMENITY CLOSURES • The community may close pools, lakes and other amenities due to weather, power outages or other circumstances.
