We're also located close to many popular wedding venues, making us a peaceful home base for out-of-town guests. Guests love our fresh eggs from free-range chickens, seasonal fruit from the orchard, and the occasional visit from our friendly barn cats. You may spot wildlife like hawks, bunnies, or even a distant coyote at dawn or dusk—part of the magic of being immersed in nature. Families with children will enjoy exploring open space, while remote workers will appreciate fast Wi-Fi and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor work areas. The home is lovingly maintained and designed for guests seeking a quiet, respectful retreat. We do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings, and our maximum occupancy is six guests, including children. The primary renter must be at least 26 years old, and we especially welcome mature guests, families, couples, and professionals. Soluna Retreat is not a party house, and guests who value calm surroundings will feel right at home. We (your hosts, Patrick & Susan) often live in a separate home on the property. While we fully respect your privacy, our presence helps ensure the property remains quiet, clean, and well cared for. We're nearby if you need anything, and happy to offer local recommendations. The fully fenced property includes a dedicated dog run (pet approval required), a small chicken coop, and winding paths to explore. Guest access Guest Access Guests have full private access to the entire home, the fully fenced front and back yards, and a dedicated outdoor play area with a swing set and climber for young children. Multiple seating areas offer peaceful spots for dining, relaxing, or gathering as a family. Inside, enjoy a selection of board games, books, and cozy comforts for all ages. The backyard is fully fenced and includes a doggy door for easy access, giving dogs a safe, designated area to stretch and go potty. For their safety, pets must remain on leash when outside of the fenced yard. To stay safe, please stick to visible paths and use caution around hills, steps, and uneven ground. For guest privacy and security, the avocado grove, RV area, and separate private residence at the front of the property are off-limits.
