The bathroom area is bright and modern. The comfort of a walk-in shower will welcome you during your return from walks or beach days. An electric towel dryer is at your disposal. There is also a washing machine and a drying rack The toilets are separated. A terrace completes the apartment. An outdoor area with tables and chairs is dedicated to you, so you can enjoy the superb view of the Bay of Douarnenez during your meals in the open air. The garden is very large and completely surrounds the house too. Good to know, our 1st floor guests have a dedicated space but the large garden is accessible to all. You access the house through a common entrance door to the 2 apartments. You then have a private entrance upstairs to access your accommodation by following the interior staircase. The house is also fully rentable. From the house you will have a view of the beautiful Pointe de Raguenez, it is walkable for walkers and 5 minutes by car. Beware of the tide schedules because if at low tide access is possible when the tide rises it surrounds this small island. You can also enjoy the large beach of Aber, which is also 5 minutes away by car, but also the beaches of La Source, Poul beach... there is so much to discover nearby. You can also reach the GR34 trail very quickly and by following it you can discover all the surrounding wonders and even go around La Presqu'ile on foot if you feel like it! Supermarket, bakery, restaurant are within 5 minutes car. The shops and daily markets on the Place de l'Eglise de Crozon are 7 minutes away. Morgat's restaurants, bars and beach are 12 minutes away.
